Steps to follow:
1. Search Network Hospital list by just selecting your State , City and Area.
2. Or you can directly search by Hospital Name, by Clicking on “Quick Search”
E-Card
Steps to follow:
1. Select the tab Corporate
2. Enter Health Id No (UHID)
3. Enter DOB
4. Click “Search” tab.
5. To find the ecard below to download.
Claim Status
Steps to follow:
1. Enter the Claim No
2. Click “Search” tab.
Note : Employee will get claim no. via SMS from ICICI if they will provide contact no. in claim form at the time of submission of claim file.
Help Desk
Steps to follow :
1. Click on Log Support ticket, which is on left side of the portal.
2. Enter your Corporate email id.
3. Write your query in the description box
4. Fill up the mandatory details such as corporate name, employee code and issue type.
